The Randburg SPCA invites you to their Howl’ween Market. The society calls on witches, wizards, ghouls and ghosts to a spooktacular market hosted at the Randburg SPCA, all they ask is you wear a mask! There will be games and trick or treat for the young goblins as well as a costume competition.
