1.Where is your Tammy Taylor franchise located?
We are based in Randburg/Northcliff across Cresta Shopping Centre on Beyers Naude Drive at the VisionMed Office Park.
- When you started your business, what was your clients feedback?
In 2019 I bought an existing salon with an established database , the clients were extremely happy with the Tammy Taylor South Africa level of excellence and service so they just kept on returning for their treatments.
- Please share 3 business tips with our audience?
Tip 1: Make the client feel welcome and at home, their experience will dictate whether they will return to the salon again

Tip 3: Be open to criticism and welcome negative reviews. This helps improve your service to clients
- What is your favourite product or service at Tammy Taylor? Why?
My absolute favourite is the French Fade. It is classic, elegant and forever timeless.
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I see us growing exponentially over the next five years, I see us thriving and I see us being the most recommended nail salon in the province.
- What advice do you have for the youth of SA?
I believe our youth are extremely talented and ambitious. My advice to them would be to work hard, work smart, be consistent and persistent. Give yourself the necessary 10 000 hours to become extremely good at what you do. Also give every task 100% of your effort.
- Why should people visit your Tammy Taylor store?
We pride ourselves on our level of excellence. We have the most talented nail technicians that can do a perfect sculpture with the most amazing nail art.
- Have you ever done something like this before or are you a first time business owner?
I am a first time business owner.
- What can we expect from your salon?

- Does all your nail techs do nail art?
Yes and they do the most gorgeous nail art as well.
- What do you think will set your franchise apart?
We provide our clients with a 5 star treatment. When they are seated, there is a drinks menu where they can choose a drink of their choice from sparkling water to sparkling wine, fruit juice to cappuccinos, fizzy drinks to beers, we offer it all. And it only gets better…clients are then offered snacks ranging from nachos and dips to Nutella and pretzels, or biltong and chips all depending on what is available on the day to spoil them like they deserve to be spoiled.
- What’s your favourite Tammy Taylor style and shape?
My favourite style and shape has to be a nude/pink in an almond shape.
