The launch of the new R420 million campus signals one of the most substantial recent investments in tertiary education infrastructure within Gauteng, reinforcing Sandton’s growing reputation not only as a business hub but also as a centre for academic excellence.
The 47,000-square-metre campus consolidates what were previously separate institutions, bringing Varsity College Sandton and Vega School Bordeaux together into a single, integrated education environment. Designed to accommodate up to 9,000 students in its initial phase, the facility has the capacity to expand to more than 13,000 students in the coming years as demand grows.
