Having premiered just a few days ago, ‘Die Real Housewives van Pretoria’ has been trending on social media platforms ever since. Afrikaans-language television channel kykNet revealed in August that Die Real Housewives van Pretoria would be coming to our screens this October.

The cast showcases six strong women from Pretoria, it will give South African viewers an inside look at what it takes to be a successful wife, mother, and an entrepreneur. They will also show off their lavish lifestyles and show off their inner workings.

One housewife that really stands out is Tammy Taylor South Africa President and author Melany Viljoen who has been the public’s favourite. Mel is a super businesswoman who runs one of South Africa’s most successful franchises in the beauty industry. She is also a motivational speaker and an author.

Mel shines on the show due to her high levels of confidence and elegance. South Africans love the interactions between Mel and the other housewives.

  • Marié Bosman: Marié is an unconventional and outspoken pastor who has been divorced twice.
  • Talana Kuhn: Talana is the owner of an online clothing store and a mom to three children. She is currently pregnant with her and her husband Walter’s second child.
  • Kiki La Coco: Kiki is a content creator and the wife of multi-millionaire and TikTok star, Malcolm Wentzel.
  • Mel Viljoen: Mel grew up on a farm and is now the president of Tammy Taylor Nails South Africa.
  • Rhona Erasmus: Rhona Erasmus owns two businesses, Trouvaille Boutique Day Spa and Midstream College Bay House.
