Geronomow is a young corporate executive, with experience within the banking and insurance industry. Specialising in Strategic Human Capital with the objective to translate business strategy into the human capital strategy to ensure business continuity and sustainability. He is also a fitness fanatic , love to travel, love good food, good company and good vibes.

Where do I see myself in the next 5 years?
I do see myself with a family, probably 1 child, successful career that have global impact and influence. I also do think that every move I make every day have a impact on the future I am trying to shape, the world is very agile at the moment as we live in unprecedented times, so I do believe in making the most of every momemt. The only thing we are certain about is this very moment right here.
What is your ultimate goal?
My ultimate professional goal is to do work that not only make organisational change but also have social impact. I want to do work that change lives, make a impact, be intentional about the growth and development of our youth and young black professionals
